Mr. Jerry Wayne Foley, age 73, of Elkins, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mr. Foley was born March 11, 1943, in Cumberland, Maryland to David Dennis and Stella Kesner Foley. Mr. Foley was retired from the United States Navy as Chief Petty Office after 23 years of service, he was an avid fisherman and hunter and was a life long member of the DAV. Mr. Foley was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Donald Foley and a sister, Patsy Phillips. Mr. Foley is survived by his wife, Joyce Caldwell Foley of the home, children, Sherri Lynne Holmes (Jay) of Elkins, Arkansas, David Wayne Foley (Lauren) of Frisco, Texas, Tamra Nichols (Nick) of Bentonville, Arkansas, grandchildren, Benjamin Nichols (Sarah) United States Army, Jacob Ryan Holmes of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Reid Taylor Holmes of Fayetteville, Arkansas David Christian Nichols of Bentonville, Arkansas, brother, Mike Foley (Karen) of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, sister Sharon Tennant (Kenny) , sister-in-law, Edna Foley and his beloved dog Amber, and numerous other family members and friends. Memorial service for Mr. Foley will be held at 4:00pm, Friday, April 29, 2016, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with full Military Honors.
