Helen Joan Ramsey passed away peacefully in her home on July 2nd, 2021 in Bentonville, AR at the age of 77.
She is survived by her three sons Michael Ramsey, Robin Ramsey, and Chris Ramsey all of Bentonville, AR; grandchildren Christa, Chase, and Jake; great grandchildren Riley, Bo, Avyn, Autry, and Lee; sister Carolyn Bagwell and brother Charles Vance of Memphis, TN; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, LC Ramsey.
Joan was born on October 25th, 1943 in St. Louis, MO to Jesse Ray Vance and Virginia Cole Summy. She was employed by Kraft Foods and Wal-Mart Store Planning. She loved Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, traveling, shopping, and casinos. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved and adored. She truly treasured her family. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
There will be a private family ceremony on July 5th, 2021. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Circle of Life Hospice or the COPD Foundation.
