Mr. Henry Levi Bailes Jr, age 89, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017,at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab in Rogers. Mr. Bailes was born April 30, 1928, in El Dorado, Arkansas to Henry "Levi" Sr, and Letha Fitzgerald Bailes. Mr. Bailes was a Professional Photographer. Arrangements are incomplete at this time, but will be announced by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
