Mr. Howard Babe Pennington of Rogers, Arkansas passed away July 18, 2018 at his home in Rogers, Arkansas. He spent most of his life as a painter in Wichita, Kansas and Rogers, Arkansas. He was born July 16, 1933 in Wichita, Kansas to Hershel Lee Pennington and his wife Ethel Pennington. Survivors are his wife, Marilyn Pennington; one son, Randy L. Pennington and his wife Sue and daughter, Danyel; one grandson, Nathan L. Pennington and his wife Kristen; great grandson, Case; one sister, Wanda Winn of Granada Hills, California and numerous nephews and nieces. Cremation arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers, Arkansas. A family gathering may be held at a later date. In Howard's honor donations can be made to the Arkansas Hospice Foundation, 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116, attention donations.
