Ira Lee Cowan, 81, of Rogers, AR passed away on February 10, 2021. He was born on November 22, 1939 in Rogers to the late Ray and Pearl Rodgers Cowan. He married Becky Cowan on August 6, 1960 who recently preceded him in death on January 2, 2021. They were married over 60 years and she was the love of his life. Ira was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Ira was a Licensed Master Electrician and worked right up until he fell ill in late December. He was known for his awesome sense of humor and funny antics, as well as his loving and caring attitude and was always willing to help anyone. He is survived by his son, Phillip Cowan and his wife Teresa, daughter Cheryle and her husband Paul Ley and daughter Lori and her husband Derek Smith. He is also survived by his sister, Jo Belle Fields; Grandchildren, Courtney, Shaley, Shamber, Justin, TJ, Megan, Carlie, Mallory, Dustin, Logan and Parker; 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his daughter Leanna McVey, granddaughter McKenzie McVey, brothers Jim and Don Cowan. A Zoom Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
