Mr. Jack William Tolmachoff, age 74, of Rogers, passed away Saturday, April 21 at Highlands of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers. He was born September 1, 1943, in Phoenix, Arizona to William and Anna Tolmachoff. Mr. Tolmachoff was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Tolmachoff is survived by his wife, Cindy Tolmachoff, and four children, Kathy, Jack, Michael and Matthew, four grandchildren and a niece Barbara Salama. Visitation for Mr. Tolmachoff will be 6:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, April 25 at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
