Janet Mae Cook, age 72,of Springdale, Arkansas died Monday, September 22th, 2014 in a Springdale hospital. Mrs Cook was born July 31, 1942 in Hazleton, Iowa to Everett and Alta Shepherd Allen who preceded her in death. Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob); three sons, Andy, Randy and Mark Cook, one brother, Jimmy Allen and one sister, June Engamells, four grandchildren, Dakota, Rachelle, Racie and Randy.
