Janet Marie Mencl, age 82, of Bentonville passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in a local hospital. Mrs. Mencl was born October 30, 1933 in West Liberty , Iowa to Claude and Ethel Racey Branson who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Mencl. She is survived by three sons and daughter-in-laws, David and Becky Mencl of Rogers, Jerry and Terry Mencl of Seligman, MO, Michael and Sharon Mencl of Rogers; two daughters, Neana Clark and her husband George of Iowa City, IA and Jeanette Owen of Bentonville; two sisters, Barbara Rogers of Cedar Rapids, IA , Esther and Marion Pierce of Tyler TX; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and many other relatives. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, November 21st at 2 PM at New Life Fellowship Church in Pea Ridge, AR with Gary Ryals officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Janet Mencl Memorial Fund thru New LIfe Fellowship, 815 Weston, Pea Ridge, AR 72751.
