Jan Taylor Jan Taylor, age 78, a resident of Springdale, Arkansas since 1969, passed away, Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Regency Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Jan was born in Ojus, Florida on September 22, 1931 to James Woodsen and Myrtice Rose (Weaver) Joyner. Jan was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale, Arkansas and was involved with the Senior Club. She worked for Staffmark Human Resources and Brewer Human Resources in the NW Arkansas area. Jan also owned and operated Dunhill Human Resources in NW Arkansas and was a life time member of the NOARK Human Resources Association. Jan enjoyed reading, crocheting, camping, and playing canasta. She also was an avid bowler and was on many bowling leagues. Jan loved her family and really enjoyed spending time with them and she will be missed very much. Preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Taylor; her parents; one brother, James Louis Joyner; Jan is survived by two sons, Richard Dennis Owen and wife Rosa and their daughter Ashley of Springdale; Perry Taylor and wife Mary of Heber Springs, Arkansas; three daughters, Dale Frances Stroh and husband Roger of Florence, Alabama and their daughter, Jodi Smith and husband Greg of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Leslie Tritsch and husband Terry of Mississippi; Beckie Hill and husband Carlton of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; one brother, Earl Woodsen Joyner and wife Pat of Littleton, Pennsylvania; God daughter, Brandi Renee Wiltse and God son, Jamie Wiltse of West Fork, Arkansas; special friend, Kathy Wiltse and husband James of West Fork, Arkansas; Jan is also survived by numerous grand children and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family, and many friends. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (1386 SW End St., Springdale, AR 72764) with Reverend John M. Connell officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers, Arkansas. The family of Jan Taylor will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel (3800 W. Walnut, Rogers, AR 72758).
