Janet Ann Van Hoesen of Cave Springs, Arkansas passed peacefully on November 12, 2023 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Spencer, son-in-law John Spencer of Cave Springs, her beloved grandson, Jesse Spencer of Tampa, FL and her sister Shirley Mae Dresbach of Rochester, New York. Born May 7, 1937, in Schroon Lake, NY, she is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Mildred Mulligan and brothers Douglas, Donald and Erwin Mulligan. She loved spending summers with her niece Kelli Lampron and great niece Ashley Lampron in Saratoga Springs, NY. She loved collecting her favorite things, including cows and the color purple. She enjoyed watching the hummingbirds each summer and drinking hot cocoa in the winter. She loved gift giving and helping however she was needed. Most of all, she loved family, which included the children she would care for like grandchildren.
