Mrs. Janice C. Boatwright, age 70, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015, at Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale. She was born November 24, 1944, in Pierre, South Dakota to William Delwin and Mildred Evelyn Simcox Dunford. Mrs. Boatwright was a House Keeper and Care Giver. Mrs. Boatwright was the middle child out of five children, in 1957, they moved to LaSierra, California, where she went to LaSierra Grade School and Academy and graduated in 1963. In 1966 and 1967, Janice attended Loma Linda University for two years. On November 29, 1972, Janice married Lousi Albert Magana, Mr. Magana passed away March 23, 1983 in Springdale, Arkansas. Janice then remarried on December 7, 1984 to Wilson Boatwright in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mrs. Boatwright was preceded in death by her Mother, Mildred Evelyn Simcox Dunford, her first husband, Louis Albert Magana, and a son, Gabriel Joe Tristan Magana. Mrs. Boatwright is survived by her daughter, Sheila Joe Collins and husband Edward of Washington, step-daughter, Christina, step-sons, Michael and Stephen Boatwright, brothers, Delton and Louren Dunford, sisters, Jan Stoyanowski and Darlene Heinrich, 19 grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Friday, November 27, 2015, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow in Kingston Cemetery in Kingston, Arkansas.
