Janice Jeanette Duncan, age 80 of Lowell, passed away September 9, 2017. Janice was born August 18, 1937 in Des Moines, Iowa to parents John and Sylvia McKinney. Janice was most of all devoted to her family. She loved her kids and they never doubted it. Janice also gave her grandchildren all the affection they could absorb. She had enough friends to fill a phone book and appreciated each of them. Janice also enjoyed watching Billy Graham's events and her local Pastor Dale Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry McKinney and sister, Mavis Turney. Janice is survived by her children, Lester, Eugene, Sherry and Danny Duncan; brother, James McKinney; sister, Lorain Carlton; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Graveside Services are set for 10:00 A.M. Friday at the Bentonville City Cemetery. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W.Walnut, Rogers.
