Jean Armstrong Willard, age 94, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at her home. Jean was born on February 30, 1930, in Matagorda, Texas, to the late Doyle and Mary Mangum Armstrong. On June 25, 1975, she married Claude L. Willard in Richmond, Texas. Together, they built a life centered around family and home. Jean was a proud member of Monte Ne Baptist Church in Rogers, where she loved singing in the church choir. She enjoyed painting and scrolling Facebook, always cherishing moments of creativity and connection. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Claude L. Willard; son, Michael Dearen; sister, Norma Hoenig; brother, Charles Armstrong.

She is survived by four children: Kathleen Dearen Liles of Houston, Texas; Joni McBride Noble of Cypress, Texas; Kathy Lynn Trotter and husband Jerry of Rogers, Arkansas; and Michael Willard of Rogers, Arkansas; brother, Robert Willard; numerous beloved grandchildren; and lifelong friends, Bill and Cindy Blake of Texas.
