Jeffrey Dwayne Chapell, age 55, of Bella Vista, died Friday, January 1 in Fayetteville, AR. Jeffrey was born September 16, 1960 in Joliet, IL to Robert and Joann Chapell . His father preceded him in death as well as a son, Matthew. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; his mother, Joann Chapell; five children, Angie Beal, Summer Chapell, Valin Chapell, Jeffrey Chapell and Tony Chapell; three sisters, Deborah Lowry, Pamela Abbott, Sherri Guardiola; two brothers, Kevin Chapell and Robert Chapell and a number of Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Daystar Church of God , Rogers, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
