Jimmy Dennis Hickox, age 67, of Rogers, AR passed away Sunday, January 11th, 2015 in the Arkansas Veterans Home in Fayetteville. He was a retired family counselor, a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a U.S. Army Veteran. Mr. Hickox was born June 16th, 1947 in Jacksonville, FL to Virgil and Faustina Smith Hickox who preceded him in death as well as two brothers, Virgil Sanford Hickox II and Gary Hickox. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Clara "Drue" Hickox of the home, three daughters, Sara Shotts, Mary Hickox and Becky Saxon; two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Josephine Saxon. Arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, AR. A private burial will take place at a later date.
