Joan I. Moore, age 57, of Rogers, Ark., went home to live with Jesus, Friday, Aug. 23, 2013. She was born Oct. 30, 1955, to Reva and Robert "Bob" Moore in Adrian, Mich., and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1967. Joan was an active member and Sunday school teacher for the younger kids at Believers Full Gospel Fellowship Church in Washburn, Mo. She really enjoyed listening to and singing Gospel music. She helped to raise one niece, Lillian Garcia and one nephew, Shawn Moore. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Reva and Bob Moore and one sister, Peggy Wilson. She is survived by five brothers and one sister, Bobby Moore of Missouri, James Moore and wife Cheryl of Lincoln, Ark., Coy Moore and wife Velma of Springdale, Ark., Paul Moore of Rogers, Ark., Sue Dixon and husband Billy of Bethel Heights, Ark., and Danny Moore of Rogers, Ark. She leaves behind a special dog, Tippy and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013, at Believers Full Gospel Fellowship Church in Washburn, Mo., with Bro. Carroll Williamson Officiating.
