Joel Lee Phillips, age 75 of Centerton passed away November 18, 2022. Joel was born January 9, 1947 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas to parents Archie Phillips and Hilda June Curtis Phillips. He was united in marriage to Cheryl and they enjoyed many years together. Joel was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and also worked for many years in the Civil Service. He was a past Commander and Treasurer for the Rogers VFW Post and also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Joel was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl; parents and one sister, Karen Warren. He is survived by his daughter, Kristen Disney and husband Ross of Guthrie, Oklahoma; son, Tyler Phillips of Edmond; two brothers, Dennis and Mike Phillips; grandchildren, Rebekah, Elizabeth, Matthew, Benjamin, Abigail, Haleigh and Brooklyn; numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Graveside Services will be held 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
