Mr. Joel Albert Richards, age 83, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Monday, November 9, 2020, at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville. He was born March 30, 1937 in Ramby, Missouri to Noah Don and May Richards. Mr. Richards was a Veteran of the United States Army and a Police Officer. Mr. Richards was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Bonnie Poffenbarger and Donnie Daris. Mr. Richards is survived by his wife, Brenda Richards, son, Don Richards, daughter, Cindy Pezzetti, sister, Ann Hough and 6 grandchildren. Arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
