John Russell Baucom, 66, Rogers, Ark., former Pineville, Mo., teacher and Noel, Mo., mayor passed away April 24, 2020. Born Sept. 4, 1953 in Fort Scott, he grew up in Pleasanton, Kan., and graduated high school in Fort Scott, Kan. He was laid to rest by his beloved mother on her 90th birthday, May 11, 2020, in Fort Scott. He is survived by his sons, Paul Baucom, Rogers, Arkansas and Michael Baucom, Moberly, Mo. Granddaughter Kira of Rogers, Ark. Sister, Kathy Baker of Paola, Kan.
