John Eric Olson, 83, of Camden, AR. went on his journey to heaven, Wednesday morning, November 2, 2022 in Rogers, AR. He was born on May 1, 1939 in Camden, AR.

He was preceded in death by his parents, August and May Wolfbrandt Olson (originally from Sweden.)

John was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Camden, AR. At an early age, he started out as an altar boy. He has been senior and junior warden. He was oldest member (not in age) of St. John's.

On September 16, 1995, John married Irma Avery White. They had a very happy loving marriage. They loved to travel. He made many trips to Sweden.

John is survived by his wife, Irma, one daughter, Christie Slaughter (Thomas) of Bella Vista, AR, one son, Russell White of Massena, New York, a sister in law Barbara Avery Pate (Tony) of Nashville, AR, two nieces, Cathy Rodgers (Jerry Don) of Springhill, AR., Candy Hood (Jimmy) of Nashville, AR., and many cousins in Sweden.

Memorial will be held at St. John's Episcopal Church in Camden, AR. at a later date.
