IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Johnie Wayne
Davison
March 20, 1951 – December 29, 2023
Johnie Wayne Davison, 72, of Rogers, Arkansas, peacefully passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Promenade Health and Rehabilitation in Rogers. Born in Black Rock, Arkansas, to the late James Elmo and Hettie Harbin Davison on March 20, 1951, Johnie dedicated his professional life to the trucking industry as a skilled driver, traversing the country throughout most of his career.
A lover of the open road, Johnie's other great passion was his motorcycles, which served as his preferred mode of transportation when not behind the wheel of a truck. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, enjoying ice cream and music, particularly by Kid Rock and old country tunes. During his downtime, you could often find him engrossed in watching Gun Smoke, playing Bingo or cards, and passionately cheering on the New Orleans Saints—all while proudly sporting his signature cowboy boots.
Left to cherish his memory are his three children; John, Stacey, and Josh Davison; sister, Peggy Burnett, and her husband Ralph of Rogers; brother, Dennis Davison, and his wife Nancy of Rogers, along with several nieces and nephews.
The family of Mr. Davison wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of The Promenade Health and Rehabilitation in Rogers for the exceptional care provided to Johnie.
Cremation arrangements are under the compassionate care of Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home. For inquiries, please contact (479) 636-2412.
