Joyce Maureen Coats, age 81, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, met her savior face-to-face on October 6, 2011. Joyce was born January 11, 1930, in Bulcher, Texas to John L. Jetton and Clemmie (Etheridge) Jetton. Joyce was a loving homemaker for many years. She worked at Big State Drug Store in accounts payable and as a pharmacy technician for 15 years. After moving to Siloam Springs in 1990 she enjoyed volunteering at her church (1st Baptist Church SS, AR), SS Memorial Hospital in the gift shop; and The Manna Center. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Charles Coats; three children: Ethel Girdner and husband, Jim of Siloam Springs; Helen Hall and husband, Larry of Siloam Springs; Chuck Coats and wife, Ginger of Irving, TX. Four grandchildren, Kristine Helgeson and husband, Chris; Charlie Girdner; Bill Hall and wife Christy; and Haley Hall. Two great grandchildren, Keaton Helgeson and Quentin Helgeson. And many nieces and nephews. Joyce was known as "Granny" to all. Celebration of life service were held on Saturday, October 8, 2011. Online tributes to the family of Joyce M.
