Joyce Anna Martinez, 86, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born September 28, 1938, in Carencro, Louisiana to the late Joseph Evans Noel and Mary Frances Ivy. Joyce enjoyed working on needlepoint, crafting with crochet, building dolls and growing her garden. She also cherished being with family.

She survived by her daughter, Angela J. Dillon of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Cremation arrangements are under the care of Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Rogers, Arkansas.
