Mrs. Juanita Josephine Enos-Smith, age 60, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away, Friday, August 28, 2015, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mrs. Enos-Smith was born October 8, 1954, in Honolulu, HI to Albert Milton and Juanita Cruz Enos. Private memorial service to be held at a later date. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
