Larry Floyd Drake of Rogers passed away Saturday afternoon. He was born near White Oak, Ark., on Oct. 15, 1940, and died on Dec. 20, 2014. Larry is survived by his wife of 47 years, Elnora Sue Burnett Drake, daughter Laura Keck, brother Ernest Drake, stepdaughter Debbie Scantlin and step-son Alan Stacy. For most of his adult life Larry worked in the poultry industry for Hudson Foods and Tyson Foods. He loved to fish and spent many hours on the banks of Lake Atalanta catching crappie. Larry was a quiet man with a dry sense of humor and a wry smile that we will miss. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Benton County Memorial Park Chapel located at 3800 W. Walnut in Rogers, Ark. Funeral 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014
