Leo Kleinschmidt, age 83, a resident of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the Circle of Life Legacy Village Hospice Care in Bentonville, Arkansas. Leo was born in Winona, Minnesota on February 6, 1928 to Dominick and Gertrude (Zywicki) Kleinschmidt. Leo served his country in the United States Air Force during WWII and received an honorable discharge. Preceded in death by his parents, Leo is survived by his wife Irene Kleinschmidt of the home in Rogers, Arkansas; two sons, Steven and Thomas Kleinschmidt; one daughter Patricia Carlson; two brothers, Michael and Martin Kleinschmidt; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
