Leona "Faye" Brown, age 91 of Rogers, passed away peacefully at home on August 31, 2021. Faye was born on November 24, 1929 in Rogers to parents Orville and Stella Ocheltree. She was united in marriage to Roland Brown and they enjoyed 50 years of marriage. Faye was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rogers and enjoyed cooking as well as visiting with family and friends. Faye loved books. She was a member of Serendipity book club and was a volunteer at Friendly Bookstore/Friends of the Library. She also volunteered at the women shelter Benton County Thrift Store. She retired from the banking business after many years. Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Roland; parents and brother, Kenneth Ocheltree. She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Hillabrand and husband Jim of Rogers and one granddaughter, Chelsea McGovern of Austin, Texas. Graveside Services are set for 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Benton County Memorial Park. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers. Memorials may be made to the favorite charity of your choice.
