Leonard "Leo" Duane Parker, age 72 of Rogers, passed away August 8, 2022. Leo was born January 1, 1950 in Rogers, Arkansas to parents James Kenneth Parker and Melva Louise Dutton Parker. He was united in marriage to Peggy Cotton and they enjoyed over 54 years together. Leo worked for many years in the construction business; enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, spending time in the outdoors and at the Rogers Wellness Center and enjoying his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Debbie; brother, James Parker and granddaughter, Guyola Ann Parker. Leo is survived by his wife, Peggy Parker of the home; three children, Kevin Duane Parker and wife Brittany of Seligman, Melissa Jean Russell and husband Lester of Hindsville, Kelly Rayne Spencer of Pea Ridge; two sisters, Judy Ann Hurst and husband Jesse of Rogers and Georgia Denton and husband Kim of Bella Vista; five grandchildren, Amanda Rae Bornowski and husband Cameron of Texas, Andrew Allen Parker of Seligman, Lindsey Marie Cartwright and husband Corey Dale of Gravette, Kayla Jo Singleterry of Bentonville and Clayton Duane Spencer and wife Madalyn Kate of Elkins; family friend, Tommy Joe Spencer of Fayetteville; eight great grandchildren, Kenneth Odin, Alexander Royce, Brantley Duane, Rowan Mae, Noah Jackson, Sawyer William, Maddox Parker, Wyatt James and a host of other relatives and friends.
