Lisa (Chappell) Hoffman, age 43 of Springdale, passed away August 27, 2013 in Fayetteville. Lisa was born on January 17, 1970 in Rogers to Billy Wayne Chappell and Betty Ann (McDaniel) Pugh. Preceded in death by one infant son and one son, Curt Hoffman; Lisa is survived by her companion, Sheldon Allen of Springdale; her mother; three sons, HJ Hoffman and wife Hope of Lowell; Derek Hoffman of Springdale and Michael Pine; one brother, Allen Chappell and wife Melissa of Springdale; one sister, Dina Wilhite and husband Daven of Winslow, Arkansas; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Celebration of Life services will be at a later date. Donations may be made to the Lisa Hoffman memorial fund at any Arvest Bank.
