Marcia Neal, 65, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2022 after a brief illness. Marcia, a native of Rogers, Arkansas was born on February 28, 1957, to Dr. W.R. "Doc" and Geneva (Jackson) Neal. Marcia dedicated her career to the Rogers Public School system, and the countless children she taught and loved.  She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Neil Willbanks.

Marcia is survived by her son, Steven, and daughter-in-law, Allyson; two grandchildren, Benton and Ellis of Knoxville, TN; two sisters, Letitia (John) King of Hope, AR, and Sheila (Clayton) Eversole of Rogers, AR; and several nieces and nephews.
