Mrs. Marlene Harvey, age 68, of Garfield passed away, Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born November 3, 1947, in Denver, Colorado, to Alejandro "Alex" and Mary Ramona Manuel. Marlene grew up in Denver before moving to Arkansas, living mainly in the Bentonville- Rogers area before moving to Garfield in the mid 1990s. She was a homemaker and loved to spend time with her grandson, cooking, and was always doing some kind of DYI or craft projects. Mrs. Harvey was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Clay Harvey, her parents, and one sister, Eva Fay Hodges. Mrs. Harvey is survived by her daughter, Paula Fricke and husband Todd of Rogers, one grandson, Noah Fricke, three sisters, Marcella Anabelle Knous of Denver, Colorado, Myrna Louise Arellano and husband Ruben of Aurora, Colorado and Judy Garcia and late husband Juan of Malpitas, California and numerous nieces and nephews.
