Marvin Lee Sylvester, age 75, of Holiday Island, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 28th, 1940 in Samuels, Idaho to Eugene and Louise Sylvester who preceded him in death as well as a sister, Shirley Reynolds. Marvin was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked for many years at Southwestern Bell, retiring as an area manager. He is survived by his wife, Jean Sylvester of Holiday Island, one son, Jason, one grandchild, Sloan Hurwitz and three brothers, Eugene Sylvester, Don Sylvester and Walter Sylvester of South Carolina. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W.Walnut, Rogers.
