Melba Neal Cowen, age 69 of Rogers passed away June 14, 2012. Melba was born September 2, 1942 in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was a longtime resident of Springdale and Rogers and enjoyed spending time outdoors. Melba is survived by her husband, Larry Cowen of Rogers; son, Carl Windham of Springdale; daughter, Charlotte Windham of Springdale; sisters, Virginia Kunkle of Springdale and Kay Thomas of Rogers; granddaughter, Jennifer Blakney and great granddaughter, Fern Blakney of Crawford County and grandson, Cody Windham of Springdale. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
