Melthena Krusekopf, 90, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Innisfree Health and Rehabilitation. Mrs. Krusekopf was born December 28, 1932 to the late Verdie Allen Taylor in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Melthena met Paul Krusekopf at a YMCA dance where they fell in love. She accepted his marriage proposal and were married for sixty years. Melthena worked inside the home taking care of their three children, while her husband worked for the Foreign Service. She was a faithful long-time member of Oakley Chapel Methodist church, which she attended regularly. Mrs. Krusekopf enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking and entertaining. She was well known for her skills in playing Bridge, and it was her all-time favorite hobby. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Paul Conrad Krusekopf.

Mrs. Krusekopf is survived by three children; Kim Floyd of Norman, Oklahoma, Kurt Krusekopf and his wife, Deborah of College Station, Texas, Keith Krusekopf and his wife, Rosemary of Rogers, Arkansas; four grandchildren and one great grandchild; one brother, Charles Kinton of Arlington, Texas,

Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2023 at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
