Obituary
Michael Wayne Cates, age 60, of Bentonville, AR passed away Monday, April 27th, 2015 in the Circle of Life Hospice Center, Legacy Village. Mr Cates was born March 28th, 1955 in Flagstaff, AZ to Covan and Laura Fonville Cates who preceded him in death. He was a veteran, having served with the Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia and other family members.
