Mijee Sue Moody, age 92 of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born April 29, 1931 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to the late Walter and Anna McPeek Hudson. On October 20, 1951, she married Ralph W. Moody in Belpre, Ohio. She was a resident of Northwest Arkansas since 2022 after moving from Heber Springs, Arkansas. Mijee was a dedicated homemaker, who took pride in taking care of her family. In her free time, she enjoyed playing the organ, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mijee will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Moody; son, Charles Moody; sister, Connie Haggard; brother, Rodger Hudson.

Mijee is survived by two daughters, Susan Maxey and her husband, David, of Lowell, Elizabeth Mercer and husband, Keith, of Quitman, Arkansas; son, Mark Moody and wife, Sheila, of Collierville, Tennessee; three granddaughters, Anne Maxey of Elm Springs, Arkansas, Elizabeth Maxey of Auburn, Alabama, and Anna Wright of Bella Vista, Arkansas; four grandsons, Robert Mercer of Bentonville, Arkansas, Paul Moody of Collierville, Tennessee, Sam and Matt Moody both of Memphis, Tennessee; four great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
