Milburn Delbert Meckley, 93-year-old resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on December 19, 2024. He was born February 13, 1931 in Capron, Arkansas, to the late Henry and Ila Meckley. Milburn was a member of the U.S. power squadron and an active member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Bentonville Chapter. Milburn was a creative man who enjoyed tinkering with his toys. He loved his model airplanes and mowing lawns. He also enjoyed giving boat tours of the Buffalo River. He is preceded in death by his sister, Doris Meckley.

Milburn is survived his children, Teresa Meckley and David Meckley; grandchild, Xevious Alde; and sister, Mill Holmer.
