Mr. Monty Steven Winters, Jr, age 43, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, May 23, 2019,a t Mercy Hospital in Rogers. He was born March 19, 1976, in Winnsboro, Louisiana to Monty Steven Winters, Sr, and Brenda Jones Shipp. Mr. Winters was preceded in death by his father, and wife, Amy Winters, and sister, Martha Simmons. Mr. Winters is survived by his mother, Brenda Shipp, daughters, Victoria Winters and Vanessa Winters, brother, Ray Halstead Jr., sister Samantha Halstead. Beth Givens Ezell, Peggy Givens, Ashley Simmons, Grace Halstead, Ruby Southern, and a host of other friends and family that loved him. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, in Rogers, burial will follow at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
