Neoma Marie Osbourn, age 82 of Rogers, Arkansas passed away December 1, 2022. Neoma was born on February 28, 1940 in Cassville, Oklahoma to parents Theodore Frazier and Rhonda Frazier. Neoma worked for many years as a Security Guard for the Naval Weapons Center. She enjoyed planting flowers and tending to her garden. Neoma loved others and had a genuine place in her heart for people; she always wanted to help in any way she could. Neoma loved cats and dogs. Most of all, she loved and cherished her family; She was very proud them. Neoma was preceded in death by three of her children, Katherine, Kevan and Kenny, ex-husband Kerrell, her parents, Theodore and Rhoda Frazier, and her brothers and sisters Marvin, Elmer, Allie-Mae and Shirley. Neoma is survived by her sister, Mary "Bunnie", her daughter Katrina Cumming, Her Granddaughter Angela Kane, 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends, who were like family. Memorial Services are set for 3:30 pm. Monday, December 19, 2022 at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
