Norma Lee (Harvey) Churchwell, age 82, a resident of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010 at the Bentonville Manor in Bentonville, Arkansas. Norma was born in Des Arc, Arkansas on July 11, 1928 to Gilbert T. and Mary E. (Moore) Harvey. On July 12, 1947 she married Jay Churchwell in Des Arc and they were married for over 63 years before her death. Norma worked as a sales manager for Olan Mills Studios before she retired. Norma loved spending time with her family and taking care of her family and she will be missed very much. Preceded in death by her parents and one brother, G.B. Harvey; Norma is survived by her husband, Jay of the home in Bentonville, Arkansas; one son, Mike Chruchwell and his wife Karen of Gravette, Arkansas; two daughters, Diane Gray and her husband Ed of Bella Vista, Arkansas; Patti Springs and her husband Richard of Little Rock, Arkansas; two brothers, Charles F. Harvey of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Warren Harvey and his wife Becky of Plano, Texas; three sisters, Jean Martz of Michigan; Shirley Taylor of Benton, Arkansas; Sue Harris and her husband Kenneth of Gurdon, Arkansas; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 pm, Monday, January 3, 2011 at the Oakley Chapel United Methodist Church (203 Promenade Blvd., Rogers, AR 72758) with Doug Burris officiating. Interment will follow at Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers, Arkansas.
