Patsy Faye Hemmer, age 77 of Springdale, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. Patsy was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on July 8, 1936. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Leroy Hemmer in 1990; her parents and one brother; Patsy is survived by two sons, Edward Madison and Jeffrey Madison both of Springdale; one brother, Bill Leach and wife Lola of Kentucky; one sister, Wilma Giles of Kentucky; two granddaughters, Rio-Dawn Elizabeth Madison of Springfield, Missouri; Caitlin Mariah Madison of Springdale; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Private family services will be held.
