Patty D. Fausnaught, age 49, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away Sunday, May 4th, 2014 in a local hospice facility. She was born December 21,1964 in Houston, TX. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Fausnaught; two sons, Gerald Fausnaught, Jr. and Nathan Fausnaught of Springdale; three daughters, Sarah Doshier of Cane Hill, AR, Alicia Lane of Centerton, AR and Nakita Fausnaught of Springdale; one brother, Jimmy Akin of Springdale; two sisters, Mary Sawyer of Springdale and Lisa Fox of Rogers; four granddaughters and four grandsons. A family memorial will take place at a later date.
