Peter Frank DeMarco, age 91 of Bentonville passed away April 6, 2011 in Fayetteville. Pete was born February 27, 1920 at Albany, New York to parents Leonard DeMarco and Donata St. Lucia Demarco. He grew up in New York and went on to serve in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. Pete was honorably discharged from the military in 1945, after which he began a successful career in the produce business. He was also known by many for his generosity. Pete was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Michael DeMarco; three brothers, Anthony, Michael and Rocky and one sister, Phyllis. He is survived his sister, Margaret Applewhite and husband Clarence of Bentonville and a host of other relatives and friends. Services, with military honors are scheduled for noon, Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home and Crematory of Rogers. Inurnment 12:00 PM Monday, April 11th, 2011
