Phyllis J. Daiker Moore, age 75 of Fayetteville, Arkansas and formerly of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, October 4, 2013 at her home in Fayetteville. Phyllis was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 14, 1938 to Woodrow and Mary (Brooks) Martin. Preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis is survived by one daughter, Julie Bryan and her husband James; two brothers; one sister; six grandchildren, Katie and Zack McDonald; O'Shay DuBois; Louie Lancaster; Chris and Kelsey Bryan; several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held.
