Ms. Rachel Elizabeth West, age 47, of Centerton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017, at her home in Centerton. She was born January 4, 1970, in Beaumont, Texas to Arthur L and Patsy J White Callahan. Ms. West is survived by her mother, Patsy Jean Callahan, son, Matthew West, brother, Allon Callahan, sisters, Anna Callahan and Becky Greenwood and one grandchild.
