Randall Wayne Gibson, age 56 of Winslow, Ar. passed away May 20, 2010. Randall was born September 24, 1953 at Woodland, California to parents Harvey Gibson and Dorothy McAnelly Nicholas. After high school, Randall joined the United States Army during which he served one enlistment and earned the National Defense Service Medal. Randall was united in marriage with Teresa Kelly on February 23, 1972 and they enjoyed many years of marriage. He was self employed for many years and was known as a skillful craftsman. Randall was also a member of the Winslow Wacko softball team, who will be serving as honorary pallbearers. Randall was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Rodger Gibson. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Gibson of the home; children, Candy Reed and husband Mark of Winslow, Robin Ferguson and husband Bryan of Winslow, Lora Hunter and husband Bosco of Alma; brother, Donnie Gibson-Meadors of Mountainburg; sisters, JoAnna Luna and Della Sorenson, both of Dixon, California; mother in law, Wanda Kelly of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Taylor Talley, Trevor Talley, Myranda Reed, Wayne Ferguson, Audrey Ferguson, Lora Ferguson, Carson Ferguson, Zane Hunter, Ethan Hunter and a host of other relatives and friends. Services are set for Monday, May 24, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, with the Rev. Marsha Cooley officiating. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to Washington Regional Hospice of Fayetteville. Graveside 1:00 PM Monday, May 24th, 2010
