Rebecca (Becky) Cowan of Rogers passed away on January 2, 2021. She was born on September 19, 1942 in Boise, ID to the late James and Jewell Payne. She married Ira Cowan on August 6, 1960. Becky was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and loved by many. She is survived by her loving husband of over 60 years, her children, Phillip and his wife Teresa Cowan. Cheryle and her husband Paul Ley, Lori and her husband Derek Smith of Colorado. She is also survived by her brother, Dan and his wife Karen Payne, and Sisters Deborah Adkins and husband Bill, and Priscilla Popejoy and husband Wiley and Sister in-law Bonita Payne; grandchildren, Courtney, Shaley, Shamber, Justin, TJ, Megan, Carlie, Mallory, Dustin, Logan and Parker; 11 great-grandchildren with another one on the way as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Leanna McVey, granddaughter McKenzie McVey, brother Timothy Payne. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
