Rebecca Sue Hicks, 57, a resident of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019, in Springdale. She was born July 1, 1962, in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of Harvey and Lavelle Hicks. Rebecca, "Becky," was a customer service manager for Walmart Neighborhood Market in Rogers for 15 years before she retired for medical reasons. She enjoyed scrap-booking, making crafts, fishing, and photography. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert, her step-father Everett Begley and her grandparents. Survivors include her mother Lavelle Begley, of Fayetteville, her son, Ray Smith and wife Tara of Odessa, Texas; daughter Kendra Thompson and husband Alan of Prairie Grove, AR; and daughter Tina Trupiano and husband Andrew of Rogers, Ar; a sister Darla Jones and husband Kyle of Russellville; a brother Richard Hicks and wife Sharla of Odessa, Tx. Six grandchildren Brody, Gunner, Gaige, Hannah, Olivia, and Zoe. Six nieces and nephews and 7 great-nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at Prairie Grove Christian Church in Prairie Grove Saturday, September 7, 2019. Arrangements under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
