Lloyd Holly, age 83, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away July 13, 2012 in Fayetteville. Lloyd was born in Dickens, Texas on July 30, 1928 to Richard Elsi and Bessie (Marie) Holly. Richard served his country during WWII and retired from GTE Telephone. After retirement, Lloyd and family moved to Northwest Arkansas where he was also a member of the Church of Christ. Preceded in death by his parents; his second wife, Bonnie Holly; his first wife, Novia Jene Holly; one son, Richard Lloyd Holly, Jr. and his wife Susan; one daughter, Debra Jean Cox; three grandsons, Ryan Holly, Grant Holly, and Nathan Cox and his wife Maleta; two great grandchildren, Skyla and Malachi Cox; one sister, Catherine Marie Edwards and her husband Don; cousins, Sandy Stout, Shari Oliver, and Sean Holloway. Inurnment ceremonies will be at Dickens Cemetery in Dickens, Texas next to his wife and parents at a later date.
