Richard D. Tesch, 89, of Rogers, AR passed away peacefully May 22, 2025 at the Circle of Life Hospice Home in Bentonville, AR. He was born on March 12, 1936 in Paulina, IA to Albert and Lillian Tesch. Richard graduated from Calumet High School in Calumet, IA. He married the love of his life Jolene Boetel Tesch on June 15, 1958 in Hartley, IA. After marrying Jolene, he served 2 years in the United States Army. He went on to a successful career with Sperry New Holland Farm Equipment in Perry, IA and ultimately managing their regional parts warehouse in Lenexa, KS. In 1986 he and Jolene moved to Rogers to open their own business and Richard then went on to work driving over the road for JB Hunt until his retirement in 2003. Richard found his greatest joy in spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and other family members. He loved to play golf and was a passionate sports fan, especially following all Arkansas Razorback sports and the Kansas City Chiefs. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Jeffrey.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 67 years, Jolene; children, son, Terry (Janet) Tesch of Kerrville, TX, son, Mark (Julie) Tesch of Garnett, KS, daughter-in-law, LeeAnn Tesch of Nevada, MO and daughter, Brenda Kronawitter of Euless, TX; brother, Robert (Peg) Tesch of Leon, IA, sister, Joann Reimers of Holstein, IA and sister, Carolyn Noethe Tesch of Cherokee, IA; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will take place at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at The Benton County Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 3800 West Walnut St, Rogers, AR.
